Pros

Offsite events, some nice people around, can change roles internally, good if you are a manager, work in marketing/brand - not so much for IC.

Cons

high Workload, leadership struggles with clear direction, Technical skills are generally low and not rewarded well. Promos, raises etc. are more so determined by likeability than performance, backstabbing/highly political environment. Image more important than performance, Far too many managers that dont do anything, work is slow, progression is slow, compensation is not competitive. Marketing and brand hold all the influence, engineering and Science is a cost center.
