- opportunity to work with 1# brands - fantastic and frequent internal training opportunities (often abroad) - competitive benefit package - opportunity to build career - working with the best of the best within the industry - opportunity to participate in broadening assignments - meaningful work from day 1

- career path not always clear - career heavily dependant on your ability to do internal politics - imbalance between long-term / short-term benefits in package
