Pros

Good training, compensation is above market average, work environment is good. Not a bad place for fresh graduate for an experience in big corporation

Cons

Work life balance really sucks, u r expected to work 24/7, highly political environment, aka slow/biased decision making and huge time wasted in internal alignment. Workload is normally very overwhelming in the beginning, and with the productivity improvement plan in place, employee is expected to be loaded more. Even so, promotion has slowed done due to the mediocre business performance.

Pros

Great Benefits, work hours, people - kept up with goings on in employment benefits/ratios

Cons

Too big to move agile - Becoming way too political and liberal. Forgetting that 1/2 pop is more conservative and they are alienating employees who have conservative beliefs

Pros

Some flexibility given in terms of start time and end time of working hours.

Cons

Not a meritocratic system, although they brand themselves to be. No career development and advancement. Management portrays that they are interested to develop you, but they are not actually doing it.
