Pros

Friendly colleagues Positive, caring culture Decent pay (given recruitment criteria) Good benefits (40% wfh, 20 days wfa/remote, >30 days paid holiday, good subsided canteen, flexible hours)

Cons

Slow progress (a promotion every 2-3 years if you are on the fast track in R&D... Little room for recognizing exceptional work accordingly (little bonuses here & there but limited to hundreds to 2-3k eur per annum for the best achievements) Almost no option to work fully remote, even if not disruptive to job Offices outside of Brussels city No company car before director level (circa 10years of tenure needed, 8 at the very very least) Official hours 39h/week, real hours 10-20% more without the holidays / extra pay given
