Some departments are extremely toxic. Most higher-ups doesnt know what they are doing and supporting yes-mans No work-life balance and requires most of your time for company activities. Few good managers, overall management is poor. Destructive and self defensive corporate culture. Extremely hard to raise up in company unless you have connections
