Pros

Nice environment. Opportunity to learn and grow professionally and personally. Your ideas are valued by the senior management.

Cons

A lot of perception issues. If you are not known by any senior manager or don't have anybody to expose your work, you will be seen as not adding much value. Employees needs to constantly either over-exaggerate the work they have done to make themselves look good before the Senior Management.
