Pros

Absolutely great colleagues, good benefits

Cons

Too much politics!!! You're promised an assessment on merit but that's not what you get as opportunities are only made available to those "whose face(s) fits" and not to those who have the skills and knowledge to excel.

Pros

The health benefits were average, 80 hrs of vacation for new employees, 401k match upto 4%, slightly above average pay for the area, and a climate controlled work environment.

Cons

Hourly workers usually operate on a rotating 12 hr shift (days & nights), only 30 min lunches, and not much room for advancement.

Pros

Global, full of brilliant inspiring people. Pace of work can be relentless, but if you thrive on challenge you can grow and be stretched in many directions.

Cons

Formerly great company which has lost its way. Unable to grow sales, it has resorted to productivity to try to sustain profit, but the shortsighted penny pinching of recent years is killing the very soul that made this one of the very best companies in the world.
