Pros

For being in a manufacturing plant the benefits are good

Cons

Toxic environment generated by quick turnover Impossible to grow if you are not blessed by the management, that will never happen as they want you to cover all the positions of the people that have leave Typical corporate on a bad day, we are all a family... push by higher managers that don't care about absolutely anything but their image. If you like corporate and now how to show off you are welcome to try but do not join the Quality Department, is in shambles for years and years it is not looking like improving. Join if they offer a Banded position so you got a clear cut growth career path Management stays as long as they need to grow to the next assignment and move on, they only care about themselves
