Pros

- Good Pay - Flexible Work Arrangements - Awesome Learning & Development - Work with very smart people

Cons

- Way too many tedious processes with too many redundancies. - Slow growth (career and brands) - Culture is very "P&G way or the highway". It is not encouraged to think externally (for example, when I wanted to go to a trade show to look for ideas on how to improve an operation , I was told NO and to just call corporate engineering to look for a solution).

Pros

Global, diverse organization with plenty of training and development opportunities. American-multinational culture, with strong corporate identity that trains you as a top class manager, in every discipline or technical job. Important responsilities are given to junior staff, and individual performance is reviewed annually which drives career opportunities and compensation.

Cons

Very few possibilities to make a career, particularly outside of head quarter in USA, and specifically in Germany. After several years of job cuts and refocus on developing regions workload in Germany/EU subsidiaries has increased beyond reasonable levels. Job can be very bureaucratic, with cumbersome systems and slow decision making with several "politically correct" items to consider on top of everything else (from sustainaability to diversity). You must accept to become "Procterized" over the years, which means you' ll think, speak and act in a Corporate distinct way both at work and at home. Nothing bad per se, but a bit odd and you'll stand out from crowd - at work and in private life - both with good an sometimes bad behavioura.
