Surrounded by good people. Management is busy but always try to make time for you.

Cons

Work-life balance not too great, depending on what is your function.

Pros

Pay and benefits are nice, purchasable pto time, many different shift options. Offer many different positions from within before looking for new applicants.

Cons

Large 'corporate culture' for a warehouse, managers expectations for work load constantly change. They claim work-life balance is priority, but all shifts outside management are 12 hours. Inconsistent cost of living raises. Will act like all applications for new positions are looked at without bias, but every position is chosen before being listed.
