Not as good as it seems

Pros

I can mention the benefits and the salaries only

Cons

Poor management, and HR is not supportive at all. It’s a very toxic workplace. When I see this company has a 4.1 rating, I’m honestly shocked—I worked there, and believe me, it’s not as good as it seems. They talk about competitiveness, but it’s the wrong kind—negative and cutthroat. People will step over you just to get ahead.

Decision-making can be slow due to excessive alignment processes. Intense and grueling workloads and lower pay relative to the work intensity sometimes.
