Career path, work with highly talented people. To have a lot of opportunities to grow and work with loved brands as well as having great responsibilities since the very beggining.

Cons

A lot of workload, it's amazing to work there but you devote your life to your work. The work-life balance is really difficult and as you grow, the growth pace get slower and slower.

Cons

Culture can be a little bit toxic. Typical politics. Takes a lot of time to get something to market due to too much red tape and people's agenda.
