Pros

- you will get the opportunity to learn, and develop at a good pace - you will work with very smart people - the company really cares for their employees - great long term compensation benefits - excellent recognition - opportunity to travel the world - it looks amazing on your resume

Cons

- very slow growth - too process oriented, decisions take too long - salary is below market

Pros

Company invest in peoples by trainings and eduscation. If you have good english you chances to grows much better. Lazy peoples usually left company pretty fast. no time to be bored. with good experience have chance to choose future career and plase.

Cons

Some time too bureaucratic. for Ukraine jobs to high work load and not the best salary. due to not clear future plans sharing, and to high work load, several core team peoples left the company at this year.
