Pros

P&G is an amazing company. They treat all their employees and interns with respect. I had access to senior management, which was an amazing way to network with key decision makers. Even as a intern, you are placed on huge projects with the expectation of delivering amazing results.

Cons

As an intern, I often worked long hours (anywhere from 10- 12 hours a day for multiple days in a row). You have a lot of resources at P&G, but it's easy to get bogged down in "analysis paralysis" where there is too much info that have to option of working with.

Pros

big company, big name brand. People think this is a good company, but there are issues at the top of the chain, sell most of their brands to other companies and want to shrink core business to focus on other brands.

Cons

Bad management, politics. You will only go so far in your position unless you know who to follow and kiss up.
