Pros

Great Culture, Focus on P&G Culture, principles and Values. People are friendly and trust worthy. Grow with in strategy makes your boss always a P&Ger with more experience and expertise. Hiring fresh graduates and shape them according to company culture. Great Education and training system, actually the best! Co. always asks you to learn and expand skills.

Cons

Being very big company too much politics to get promotions and good assignments. Sometime talent and experience is overlooked on aura, personality and politics. You need to be politically right in P&G.

Pros

P&G had a terrific work/life balance which included working from home. They supported a culture where you were encouraged to come up with new and innovative ideas and were rewarded for it.

Cons

Working for a publicly traded company has its downfalls, one of which is keeping the shares up. This can result in a loss of budget and lay offs. Home office does not have a social life!
