Pros

The people there are extremely friendly - even though I was an intern I was treated with full respect like the other full-time employees. Work/Life balance seems amazing at the lower to mid levels: they expect 45-50 hour work weeks which is perfectly fine, especially with the work from home concept. Culture is great and the atmosphere is friendly, sometimes empty since most lower - mid level people work from home. You always get products here and there which is a perk.

Cons

Despite all of its pros, the company is extremely slow in pushing for new technology or developments. Not agile like they desire to be. The people, though very nice, have no ambition-- everyone is perfectly content with their jobs and the most they think about is moving up within the company, which is not "ambitious". And it's Cincinnati -- not a good place to live.
