Pros

Fantastic starting salary, good raises and promo's in the first 3 years, lots of training opportunities.

Cons

As you move up, raises and promo's slow and become smaller. Training and skills enhancement becomes secondary to day-to-day work. The company is slow to act on growth opportunities and insights.
