      Unfair treatment between managers and non-managers. Missing commitments on promotions and salary increases.

      Pros

      - Nice offices - HR processes are well organized and defined (hiring, recognition, promotions) - Very smart coworkers

      Cons

      - Most people who work there act as 'brainwashed', the world ends with an P and ends with a G (P&G). - The promotion system is very attractive for people in departments such as merchandising and sales but not for people in other areas such as Finance. - The size of the company may be overwhelming... there are very complex processes that are diffcult to understand. - Its hard to feel like you are giving any aggregate value to the company ; almost everything you do is very operational ( no much creative) and has already been invented by someone else, this is particularly true if you work at an office that is not very important (an MDO)

      If you are manager or start as intern, than it's great. If you start as specialist you might get stuck forever.

      Pros

      Great organizational culture, strong people. You can learn from others and be part of company to be proud off.

      Cons

      Management not always focusing on promotion from within when it comes to taking interns and getting them straight to management positions in front of employees working for years. Does not admit HR mistakes.
