Pros

Professional work environment. Failure is not an option, we always aim to not only succeed, but also surpass expectations. Staff selection is excellent, each employee is truly well qualified and good at what they do.

Cons

Severe competition within the organization. Unequal and somehow prejudiced salary distribution. Technical support is not up to standards. A huge gap between Pre-employment aspirations and actual employment conditions.

Pros

Employees are well compensated and the company really initiate plans to

Cons

Since you are pretty well compensated, you are also expected to work responsibly having much of your focus thus, you don't have much time to take up higher courses or special studies if you are planning to take up such. Moreover, employees are treated the same way regardless of what degree or license you have taken, which disregards your added value.
