Pros

Great company to work at with good compensation/ employee benefits package. A prestigious company that touches lives and improves life.

Cons

Some employees tend to work on extended hours. However, this basically depends on the employee. Their might also be a need to revisit workload.

Pros

Excellent benefits, great opportunities, highly reputable company, and unlimited learning possibilities! The majority of people I've worked with have been very friendly and dedicated at the low to mid management levels.

Cons

Very conservative environment, extremely demanding and tedious work at times, history of simply moving "difficult and unproductive people" to other positions or departments, reluctance to promote unless you're connected with the "right group" of people, and hard to retain the best of the best!

The best reasons for working at P&G is the option for career advancement, flexibility of location, and continues to be the gold standard model for balancing work and personal life.

Cons

Some opportunity areas for working at P&G is the brand equity of the company name itself, P&G. While the company is a Fortune 25 company and has a portfolio of Billion-dollar brands, the brand of P&G doesn't resonate as well as other top companies and takes a little more explaining of what the company is about. However, they are taking the next step to improve upon this with their continued partnership with the Olympics and the "Thank You, Mom" campaign. I love this company.
