Pros

- excellent company to start with - gives good basis and understanding of processes and forces - well developed and clear culture - strong purpose, values and principles through - good process of selection and interviewing

Cons

- due to size of the company the decision making is extremely slow - ideas/suggestions needs to be approved by pack of managers and/or organizations, that kills the motivation to innovate - company progress is going by sine curve that's why all people/systems progressing the same way - too many politics in operating process, decision making
