Pros

As the founder of brand marketing, this company is like a school to learn branding in your first few years here. In a nutshell: 1) Good experience of managing global brands early on in your career 2) Top management is highly accessible 3) Work culture is very good, it's informal yet professional 4) Travel is light, yet to a desirable degree 5) Managers focus a lot on your career development

Cons

1) Being a $80bn company, there are lots of processes and things (inordinately long) take time to happen 2) Top management is still a bit traditional in their marketing thinking and very risk-averse 3) Radical ideas are encouraged but seldom implemented 4) You might hit a glass ceiling at a certain band level

Pros

Lots of autonomy and responsibility, plenty of people with which to network, wide variety of types of work and problems to be solved.

Cons

Salaries are higher for similar jobs at other companies; management could do a better job of aligning on program objectives.

Pros

If you fit the mold, amazing opportunities for a lifelong career. Incredibly talented people and leaders and a company that is truly value based and focused on the success of its employees, business partners, and communities.

Cons

For Customer Business Development organization, the client you are assigned to can make all the difference. Work level, hours, resources, and support vary significantly between the small teams and the national accounts. I believe I would have stayed for life if I had been assigned a different initial assignment. Very demanding
