Cons

Think that P&G will be sorry that the layed us off. Not patting myself on the back but when visiting the stores I can see it especially with Batteries.

Pros

Compensation was at most 18 month increments (1-3% norm)

Cons

Upper management had tunnel vision P&G believes they can walk into any business and apply there IWS methodology to reduce the bottom line... What they fail to realize that the integrity of the product is a function of there reduction. They lean out in areas that need attention and are pig headed because IWS is the be-all-end-all
