Pros

Early responsibility, Training, Trust, International Locations, Respect to Individuals, Strong Principles, Good colleagues, Important and Meaningful assignments, opportunities to grow for 10 years, after 10 years opportunities become very limited.

Cons

Big company, strong culture, everyone is a leader, difficult to grow after 10 years, average compensation, work/life balance, job satisfaction depends 100% on your boss not on the role.

Pros

they value their employers a lot at P&G. Growth as future leaders is a target. Systems used here are very valuable

Cons

System based company with very less freedom to operate; it takes a long time to understand the working of such systems
