The company does so much philanthropy that the public is not even exposed to. i.e.- Tide Loads of Hope and/or Pur, Children's Safe Drinking Water

Cons

It's a big company so it can feel overwhelming at times to navigate the waters.

Pros

Competitive pay, good benefits, great work life balance, and a proud place to say you work. work from home, convenience of ammenities on location, great place to learn and grow your capabilities

Cons

Hard to promote within the organization i'm in, very hard to go from A&T to management, pay is competitive but could be better based on work experience and performance. When a company is as large and recognized as P&G its harder to stand out. The performance rating system isnt too fair, 1 being the best and 3 being on a action plan, well at the end of the day someone has to be a 3 whether they really are or not. Three year committment is too long for a role.
