Pros

The quality of the other employees at P&G really sets it apart from other companies. You are surrounded by highly qualified, motivated people who challenge you and help you grow.

Cons

There is definitely some bureaucracy (it is a huge organization) but in my experience it did not prevent me from getting the job done well.

Pros

Great company with rich history. Excellant training for sales reps. The best retirement benefits. P&G really cares about their employees

Cons

Promotion to higher level takes a long time. The company has no bonus structure for sales reps. But the base pay is competitive
