Pros

I only worked at Procter and Gamble for a short time while completing my undergrad degree, but their research facilities are a great place to work. The coworkers were great and I enjoyed my time there.

Cons

You have to want to work for a big company. Procter & Gamble is definitely a large, international company. That fact alone has pros and cons.
