Pros

Great training available for anyone that wants it Lots of support for career growth & guidance Hires the best - you get to work with really smart people every day

Cons

Promotions too cyclical - need people to leave unless the company starts growing Compensation is very fair, but not always clearly linked to performance

Pros

Great learning environment - P&G invented market research and are on the cutting edge in the field. The people are top notch and CMK is recognized as a valued member on multi-functional teams.

Cons

CMK went through a restructure in 2009. More and more consumer work is outsourced to agencies that the technical expertise within the CMK function is likely to decline.
