Pros

Huge company, job security, great benefits. The site has a lot of nice people, but in general the culture is very difficult to work with. The need for improvements sometimes overlooks quality.

Cons

Long hours, little recognition, difficult to move up from technician to manager level. Most movement will be horizontal.
