Pros

There is probably no other company in the world that is better for selling consumer goods. It gives you good business training by rotating you through many assignments. They have good pay and good structure for advancement.

Cons

There is lots of work. The culture here puts a lot of emphasis on working many hours. They are a bit more professional all of the time than most other places I've worked (which can be good or bad).

Pros

The focus on developing careers is very clear, and the systems to get this done are very robust and established. This is a great company to work for, wherever you are in the world.

Cons

Sometimes, too results-driven without considering people's emotional side. There are managers who are caring in this way, but more often than not, top management is focused on the bottom line.
