Pros

The leader in consumer goods industry, positive company culture, honesty and integrity, long-term employees (most stay for their entire career), good compensation, good benefits, opportunities to grow skills and experiences.

Cons

Very large company (more than 130,000 employees) - so can be overly political at times. Also, hiring has been very limited in recent years.

Pros

There were always lots of opportunities to learn, overall great compensation packages, challenging projects most of the time, really great people to work with, opportunities for relocation.

Cons

Work life balance is hard to achieve altough frequently promoted, sometimes very bureucratic, either you swim or you will sink.
