Pros

Good benefits compared to other companies in Europe, great hotels for the bussiness travel and lots of training courses provided

Cons

Workload extremely high bad for family people, a huge amount of of politics happening around, self advertising and muscle showing, unnecessary meetings are set up just to prove your leadership

Pros

Excellent Salary and learning opportunity.

Cons

As an African American manager, I felt that opportunities were not as prevalent to me as those of other ethnicities. This was also apparent in the stats of senior level management of the african american decent.

Pros

Procter & Gamble is a great company to learn, grow professionally and to meet good people. The atmosphere is very friendly. Benefits are good.

Cons

Salaries in Ukraine are very low taking into consideration that the prices got higher and real estate cost almost as much as in Western Europe.
