Pros

Best in class training Opportunity to work on some of the biggest retail brands On the hole very smart and qualified people- you will learn a lot Great benefits

Cons

Conservative/ "in the box" thinking Risk Averse: company won't make a move without spending endless time & money on research SLOW: Analysis paralysis- takes way too long for LT to make a decision Cultish work environment (no separation of "Church & State") Cincinnati (no getting around it if you want a long term career with the company)

Pros

A perfect platform to learn how to be a great leader, as well as many opportunities for learning via trainings. In addition you learn more than just marketing, as you are a general business leader.

Cons

Heavy workload that seems to grow every year with less and less resources available (although this could be because of the current crisis).
