Never stop learning, truly global experience, unexpected high responsibilities for junior jobs, colleagure are true professionals, respect for employees, great coaching and mentoring programs.

Cons

A downside working for Procter & Gamble is that the company expects you to be the best in your expertise area, but the sallaries are just little above average...

Great working culture, great people, great leaders, great career opportunities, great compensation and benefits, very inspiring purpose, the company that you want to spend the rest of your life in.

Cons

Very competitive, need a hardworking attitude, be ready for international assignments, must be committed in doing the job. Well, most diffucult thing is to join company.
