Pros

Very supportive of Employees Strong focus on communication of objectives Very focused on having standards and processes defined Very clear career path and talent development

Cons

-Tendency to have too many "cooks", it's important to get consensus, but sometimes it can get bureaucratic. Sometimes too rigid in following standardization. When you get as big as P&G, too much differentiation gets costly.
