Pros

The people are smart and they care about the business. Many are MBAs who have worked elsewhere for a few years before going back to b-school.

Cons

It can, at times, be very regimented and traditional because so many people have been here (and only here) for so long. That is now changing with the Gillette acquisition, but it is still fairly insular.

Pros

The people that they hire are always approachable and enthusiastic. The culture fosters the sharing of ideas and employees are encouraged to grow.

Cons

There really is not a downside that I can see. The company requires a positive attitude and the willingness to be a part of a team.
