Pros

Great training. Highly intelligent and capable people. Great processes, methodologies, and procedures. Great long term benefits. Great industry reputation and resume builder.

Cons

Cincinnati Ohio is the worst thing about working for Procter. Slow organic growth and lean organization is creating more work with less opportunities for advancement.

Pros

It was a great learning experience. P&G spend a lot of time researching their customer. Lots of information and schooling provided for the initiated.

Cons

I came on in a takeover. It was a rocky road to cahnge all systems. P&G beleives that a promotion should come with a move to a new company or location, so growth is limited if you love where you live.
