Pros

Plentiful resources and you have enough freedom to try new ideas. Compensation and benefits are good and management isn't overly intrusive into day to day operations.

Cons

As a large company it has multiple processes and procedures which slow you down quite a bit but there are ways to bypass the system. Too much training, frequently irrelevant to you job. It's a big company and you just to live with it.

Pros

In P&G I learned how a big and prestige run business. People from P&G are very professional.

Cons

Employees in P&G are divided into "B" and "A"(or "T"). IF you are an "A" or "T" guy, you can hardly become an "B" guy who is the manager.

Pros

Great Company, Great Benefits. They recruit very bright people and do a pretty good job of convincing them to move to Cincinnati for their career.

Cons

The products are not as sexy as offerings from Intel or Microsoft, and the money is not as great as a big financial firm.
