Pros

Reputation of company is excellant-good for future job prospects. Opportunity to move within brands is interesting. Training provided by corporate is excellant.

Cons

Long term P&G employees can get too comfortable with old style marketing and metrics. While the company strives for innovation, the review process often rewards following existing practices. Find a mentor.

Pros

Fast dynamic environment, many changes, high energy. Lots of opportunities to develop and learn. A lot is also expected in return: long work hours .

Cons

Long work hours and pay is respectable but not fantastic, especially when you start working. Hours are long also and do not measure up to salary benefits.
