Policy of requiring advancement to occur through Cincy is outdated. Sometimes incompetency is tolerated for too long before action is taken.

great company to work for. great pay and benefits. upper management strongly encourages an extremely healthy work life balance. wonderful company!

Cons

often long hours. lots of backstabbing in order to achieve greater success. lots of relocating is often required to move up in the company.
