Pros

I liked working with P&G, I learned a lot in this company. I'm very glad for the oportunity of working there.

Cons

The main downside of working in P&G is the same as working in any other corporation. Everything is ordered in procedures

Pros

P&G has a great corporate culture, strongly supports diversity, encourages employees to develop their skills further by providing ample training opportunity, and does its best to make sure employees maintain a reasonable work-life balance. The benefits are on par with similar companies and the pay is also comparable. The greatest part though is the fantastic people.

Cons

In order to be in the global center, you have to be willing to be located in Cincinnati. That is the ONLY reason I don't continue to work there.

Pros

the poeple are so nice and great to work with. there's also lots of different type of work to do.

Cons

Sometimes the hours are really long, and there's always so much work to do. I feel like there's sometimes too much changing in tasks.
