Pros

You do get a nice Christmas "bonus" which is a box full of goodies and P&G products. Part time hours are pretty consistant, lots of data collection (depending on division). But it does get pretty crazy for spring and fall resets, they are NOT flexible at all with your work schedule during those few months and you are working almost full time.

Cons

I worked there for 5 years, only got 1 pay raise. I also was required to train all new hires in my area with no extra compensation due to the fact that my Manager was only PART TIME!!!!

Pros

The professional development opportunities and ability to move across the company is phenomenal. In my 8 yrs with the company, I started as an engineer in a plant, moved to corporate engineering, and then moved to Purchases. There are so many opportunities for internal and external trainings that are offered free of charge that we take for granted. As a buyer, I have opportunities not just to purchase materials but permanently affect markets. This develops you professionally to deal with company assets and industry responsibly. For those who work hard and want more responsibility to demonstrate your capabilities, the company gladly gives it to you.

Cons

Bureaucratic, not agile, amount of leadership input required to make a decision
