Good return on investment, be able to read between the lines, not a place to work if you are blunt.

Excellent salary, opportunity for advancement for top performers, focus on non-white males for career growth

Cons

Up and out mentality even at lower levels, company is worried about offending anyone and sometimes their true meaning becomes white-washed. If you were told that you did a good job at something that is equivalent to a low rating. No consistency in who gets fired and for what. I have seen internal whistle blowers terminated and the others involved received a lesser punishment.

Highly respected company.. Very good reputation. Outstanding benefits. Lots of perks, especially if you live in Cincinnati.

Cons

Very competitive. Some of the smartest people I have ever met. It is also disheartening to know that if you are hired in as an Admin, they expect you to follow that career path...not use it as a way to get your foot in the door.

Very good employee benifit package like health, dental, maternity leave Able to work from home. Flexi working hours American culture Great working location Intresting work culture Opportunities to travel overseas for work P&G Collage - Where employees are sent for training courses many times a year to upgrade their skills P&G staff sale. - SKII, Gillette, Perfume

Cons

Many Singaporeans still have to catch up with their e-mails/work even during Singapore's public holiday, as it is still a working day for the overseas counterparts. Employees will have to be prompt and be prepared for any unexpected crisis, or urgent impromptu meetings with high level managers.
