Pros

There are a lot of competent people working with you in the company, which makes working in P&G a truly fun and learning experience.

Cons

Sometimes competition among colleagues might become too strong, especially in countries like the Phlippines where P&G recruits the best college graduates. Because of that, you might be forced to work longer hours than normal for the same pay just to edge out a bit the competition. But, with other people working as hard as you are, you will be forced to do something "extraordinary" to remain in the minds of the senior managers responsible for promoting you, or else you will be forgotten.

Pros

The people and friendships you make with your coworkers.

Cons

To much overtime (which is manditory). Pay increase have all but gone away. Employee's are picking up a lot more of the tab for heatlh insurance as well. Advancement has been stagnant for atleaast 2 years now. No new hires to fill any of the potions that are vacated by retirees or people who quit or are fired. The individuals work load has doubled with no sort of compensation increase.

Pros

P&G is great at molding people into what their role requires. You never feel like you are just left to your own devices. Everyone is very open and helpful, especially when a challenge arises. One of our favorite sayings is to reapply something. Reapplication menas you don't have to reivent the wheel everytime you want to use it! P&G also pays very well. You will get paid what you are worth, but not a penny more.

Cons

P&G is not very good at training people quickly, in some areas of the company. Some departments and even entire GBUs, have extensive training programs. Others, are lacking.
