Being as globally diversified and diversified across consumer goods categories as P&G is, it is a very solid and steady company that will always have opportunities to grow. Employees are seen and treated as the most valuable assets of the company and due to the common set of ethical values, it is very easy to work with any other P&Ger anywhere in the world. there is always the opportunity to create depth of knowledge in a certain category or to move between categories.
