Pros

P&G develops leaders by giving them high responsibilities from day one. They also give you the opportunity to get broad experience in different functions. I consider P&G my post graduate college.

Cons

This is a company that offer a career and growth from within. Unfortunately, it come to a point when there are just few positions for tons of candidates making really hard to advance.

Pros

- Relatively higher pay versus peer companies. - You get to work with smart and talented individuals. - Good benefits - Great products

Cons

- Failure in leadership. The PIE model, which puts more emphasis on Image and Exposure to rise through the ranks, has caused the company's downfall. Extremely talented and technical masters leave the company while those who are good in bloating and exaggerating their results get to become leaders. As they lack mastery and understanding of the business, they blunder on their decision-making. - The company is not winning, and many (especially the higher bands) are waiting for packages to get out of the company.

Pros

Training, great people to work with, some work from home flexibility, PVPs, promote from within.

Cons

Benefits no longer best in class, too many changes starting to affect family/work balance, atmosphere is one of job instability, too many managers with not enough training on how to deal with change and how it affects employee morale.
