Pros

Team work, job security, and people. I really liked alot of my coworkers and for the most part everyone was supportive and helpful. I was sad about leaving my teams and friends.

Cons

Hiring process, quality practices, organizational structure, pay in lab, staffing, contractor policy. Multiple jobs per person. Management not doing anything to retain employees.

Pros

Decent job that will lead to something else.

Cons

Contractors are considered beneath P&G employees. Very entitled P&G employees who have no idea what they are doing, constantly meddle with work they don’t understand.
