Pros

The work itself wasn't too difficult to learn The pay was very good and you can get a promotion to the next 2 levels fairly quickly The dupont schedule was nice for the 7 days off in a row

Cons

12 hour rotating shifts do suck after a while some of the other employees are real cutthroat for no reason Some managers like to micro manage alot
