Pros

Large company with multiple brands that act as their own companies so lots of long term career opportunities. Do invest a lot in their employees with training and resources Autonomy to become "mini CEOs" of your brand

Cons

Management across brands isn't consistent (and even within them) and can lead to people getting promoted that weren't truly ready and aren't properly coached. Lots of work life balance issues.
