Pros

Family friendly, fantastic leadership training, great people

Cons

As much as the company touts pay for performance it just isn't true. Progression is seniority based, and there is not fast tracking. Can't upset the apple cart. All of the incentives are back-end loaded.

Pros

Great place to learn how to practice patent law in a large corporation.

Cons

Pay quickly becomes uncompetitive. Work load is extremely high because of the head count reductions. No bonus for counsels is laughable in today's market place. Retirement plan has been significantly cut for all new hires.
